On Sunday April 27, teams of Emigrant employees, family and friends walked to raise money for March of Dimes March for Babies in Manhattan, Long Island and Westchester. The primary mission of March of Dimes is to save babies from suffering premature birth and life threatening health disabilities.
Emigrant Savings Bank teams have been walking in support of this important charity since 1992, and collectively have raised thousands of dollars.

- EMIGRANT SAVINGS BANK SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS:

Since 1990, Emigrant Savings Bank Community Scholarship Awards have been presented annually to high school graduates planning to continue their education. The Community Scholarship Awards Program is part of Emigrant Savings Bank's ongoing commitment to the community. Each scholarship recipient is required to have demonstrated academic excellence and a commitment to working for their community. To date, Emigrant Savings Bank has awarded in excess of $300,000 in scholarships.

CORPORATE CHALLENGE:
Each spring and summer, Emigrant Savings Bank employees participate in the JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge 3.5 mile fun run in Central Park. Emigrant is proud to join 197,000 runners from 6,100 companies worldwide in support of health and fitness, teamwork and camaraderie by participating in this friendly athletic competition.

- BRONX TENNIS CLASSIC
Emigrant Savings Bank is proud to continue to support the New York Junior Tennis League and the Bronx Tennis Classic which is played at the Bronx International Youth Tennis Center in the heart of the South Bronx. The NYJTL provides free tennis programs for hundreds of thousands of inner city children in all five boroughs.
