$500 First Time Homebuyer Incentive - Purchase Transactions Only
First Time Homebuyers receive $500 towards closing costs for New York State property purchases in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Only.
$2000 Mortgage Incentive - Purchase and Refinance Transactions
Qualified Low and Moderate Income borrowers financing New York State properties that are located in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester, Only, may be credited up to $2,000.00 (not to exceed total closing costs) at closing. Additionally, borrowers financing properties that are located in eligible census tracts in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester, Only, may be credited up to $2,000.00 (not to exceed total closing costs) at closing. Eligible borrowers may also be entitled to receive rate reductions.
